What is the goal of Quality of Mind?

In essence, my goal is to enhance the quality of life for my clients. While I incorporate brain games into our sessions, I also engage in a variety of activities like art projects, indoor gardening, exploring music, singing, and more.

The specific activities depend on each client's interests, hobbies, and memory challenges.

It's important to clarify that I cannot cure Alzheimer's, nor can I reverse damage from strokes or traumatic brain injuries.

However, my role is to support individuals in improving or maintaining their cognitive abilities for as long as possible.

Beyond cognitive stimulation, I provide companionship, creating a holistic approach to well-being for those I work with.
